- Process tax payments and returns.
Financial Statements
- Publish financial statements promptly.
Closings and Reconciliation
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Financial Health Reporting
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.tion and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
Data Confidentiality
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
- Conduct database backups when necessary.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintaining Sale-Purchase
- On time order processing
- Tax Invoice submission.
- Payment follow-up
- Maintaining Creditors / Debtors
- Cash Flow Management
- TDS/ GST calculations and on time payments
- Current & Previous Years Audit.
Requirements and Skills
- Work experience as an Accountant.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures (including GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (including Vlookups and pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
