HR Executive and Recruiter
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive and Recruiter to oversee our company’s human resources functions and manage the recruitment process. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR activities, while also taking charge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Your responsibilities will include designing compensation packages, implementing performance review procedures, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities
- Design compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement performance review procedures, including quarterly/annual evaluations and 360° feedback.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively during the hiring process.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Monitor the HR department’s budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Serve as the point of contact for labor legislation issues within the organization.
- Manage employees’ grievances and address them promptly.
- Create and run referral bonus programs to encourage employee referrals.
- Review and recommend improvements to HR technology, including HRIS and ATS.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
Additional Responsibilities for the Recruiter Role
- Source and attract candidates by utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good knowledge of labor legislation, including employment contracts, leaves, and insurance.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Solid communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
