Job Brief

As an Inside Sales Executive, your role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell products and services.

  • You’ll build and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional after-sales service.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any post-sale queries or concerns.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold-calling and email outreach.
  • Research and identify potential customers using various sources, including online searches, social media, and referrals.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the products you’re selling, including their features and benefits.
  • Use this knowledge to advise customers on suitable product selections based on their needs and specifications.
  • Create a sales pipeline that accurately reflects the progress of sales prospects.
  • Follow up on inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Set up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Process customers’ purchase orders promptly.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
  • Explore opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Identify additional products or services that align with their needs.
  • Conduct research on market trends and stay informed about competitors’ products.
