  • Setting up ambitious goals for the team, aligning them with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Producing monthly forecasting reports to track progress and budget adherence based on revenue streams.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
  • Expand the company’s customer base, ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction in Products and Service delivery.
  • Oversee the sales team, including recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring performance.
  • They motivate and guide sales representatives to achieve targets consistently.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
  • Realistic forecasts help in strategic decision-making.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction, maintaining the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Present products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from finding potential clients to securing deals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Develop detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Strategize ways to achieve sales targets.

Other Responsibilities

  • Propose sales targets and job responsibilities for each sales staff.
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, reward or apply corrective measures, and recommend dismissals where applicable.
  • Daily Sales Target Achievement – The leader directs the sales team to meet daily sales targets and surpass customer expectations.
  • Sales Process Management :

 – The Sales Team Leader provides suggestions and support in defining and implementing sales procedures.

– They organize marketing plans to achieve the organization’s sales targets.

  • Sales Planning and Strategy:

   – Initiates and coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

   – Develops strategies to guarantee target achievement.

  • Personnel Support and Encouragement:

   – Assists and motivates team members to improve individual and team performance.

   – Directs the work of sales personnel daily.
